City of Perth council voted unanimously in support of the proposed Church House redevelopment at Cathedral Square, designed by CCN. Various councillors commended the design as a world class redevelopment. One of the key features of the proposal is to strip back the existing building to its structural skeleton and to re-clad it in fritted glass and terracotta tiles, whilst opening up the ground plane to assist in the activation of Cathedral Square and Hay St.
